The End

…but hopefully it’s not all over.
Gone, but never to be forgotten :)
5 short weeks ago (Monday 28 September), at just about this time (11.05am) the SuperFly ’09 kicked off in style! The first poster went up and was documented in pictures and on film as SuperFly became the ‘And finally…’ story for STV Tayside’s local 6.00pm bulletin.
The Drum, who had run a magazine story on us already, before we’d even had one entry submitted, did another article on SuperFly on their website; the good folks at Creative Review, who also had promoted our call for entries in the Monitor section of their site added a Blog post; and the already assembled army of followers continued to blog, twitter and spread the word in many weird, wonderful, digital and analogue ways!
The initial fun must end for now but the story hasn’t come to an end just yet.
Interest in SuperFly is such that, while ‘beans’ cannot yet be spilled just yet, it looks like our dying fly will be re-animated in the new year.
So, exciting times continue at SuperFly HQ.
Please continue to spread the word, please remember us when you blog, particularly at the end of the year when you do your ‘creative review’s’ and lets see if this phenomenon can forge on a creative path to be followed.
Genuine BIG thanks to all those who have given FREELY of time, resources, materials and ‘mental’ support – don’t go anywhere, we’re not gone, we’re just on a break!
