Friday Comp..

Well, new stuff is simmering in the background.. not least of which is the fact that i’m on the ‘Starter for 6’ programme (pioneered by NESTA) run by the smashing folk at Cultural (Starship) Enterprise Office (www.culturalenterpriseoffice.co.uk/starterfor6).

I won’t bore you with the details, suffice to say it’s an extremely worthwhile project to get involved in if you are a new creative business. (Visit the site for details..)
So, we get ‘home work’ and this month it’s ‘fake evidence’. Almost like a wishlist of what you would like from your business. With SuperFly I just want to get across the desire to get posters and other SuperFly media everywhere. And. I. Mean. Everywhere.
My first thought was the 2001 Monolith (see above), but what I want from you good folks is more ideas. What is the best, craziest, most innovative place for a SuperFly product.. posters or other stuff. The best will be worked up in Photoshop (as above) and passed off as my own work at the next Starter.. meeting. (Nah, i’ll credit you :) and i’ll also post the final photoshoped images here)
In return you can have my ‘Girl with the Dragon Tattoo’ tickets for Dundee’s DCA Cinema which are valid ’til the mid of next week – see DCA for details. If you’re not local please submit anyway.. if a none local wins then I’ll sort out goodies of some sort :)
So, get submitting – closing will be 12 midnight tonight.. potentially you could be watching the movie tomorrow :)
